Calvados
This is Calvados from the Pays d’Auge, where production is by Double distillation. This is the method of Cognac production and more subtle than the single distillation used in the greater part of Normandy.
The balance and complexity of the final product comes from the time passed in oak barrels in the cellars.
We offer a range of oak-aged and vintage Calvados to tempt the palate, some in extremely limited supply, from the young & fiery to the old & toffee-smooth.

Breuil Specialities
17% ABVNormandy’s answer to Pinneau de Charente. This is an aperitif blend of young Calvados and Apple Juice. Drunk chilled you get mellow fruit with a light fiery kick.
“Coeur du Breuil”
24% ABVA blend of Calvados, Apple Juice and Sugar. This mix has round freshness but also a spirit bite. Drink chilled or warm, it will bring you pleasure
